Dear Dramatic Soul is powered by Shopify, which provides the e-commerce platform that enables us to offer our products and services.

SECTION 2 - OUR PRODUCTS

Dear Dramatic Soul offers handcrafted and made-to-order products. Minor variations in colour, embroidery, print placement, fabric texture, and handcrafted details are a natural part of artisanal craftsmanship and are not considered defects.
We strive to display our products as accurately as possible. However, colours may vary slightly due to screen settings, lighting, and photography.
Many of our products are produced in limited quantities or made to order and may require additional production time before dispatch.
Product descriptions, measurements, pricing, availability, and collections may be updated, modified, or discontinued at any time without prior notice.

SECTION 3 - ORDERS

By placing an order, you are making an offer to purchase our products. All orders are subject to acceptance, availability, and successful payment confirmation. Your order is not accepted until Dear Dramatic Soul confirms its acceptance. We must receive and process your payment before your order is accepted.
Dear Dramatic Soul reserves the right to accept, refuse, modify, or cancel any order at its discretion. If we do not accept, modify, or cancel an order, we will attempt to notify you using the email address, billing address, or phone number provided at the time the order was placed. If an order is cancelled after payment has been received, the amount paid will be refunded.
As our products are handcrafted and made to order, the availability of fabrics and other raw materials may occasionally change. If a required raw material becomes unavailable after an order is placed, we may offer an alternative material of similar quality and appearance. If you choose not to proceed with the proposed alternative, your order will be cancelled and the amount paid will be refunded.
Please review your order carefully before placing it. Once an order has been accepted, cancellation requests may not be be accommodated. Returns and exchanges are subject to our Return & Refund Policy.
Products purchased from Dear Dramatic Soul are intended for personal use only and may not be purchased for commercial resale or export.

SECTION 4 - PRICES AND BILLING
All prices are displayed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless otherwise stated. Shipping charges, if applicable, will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
Prices, product availability, discounts, and promotions may change without prior notice. The price charged will be the price displayed at the time your order is placed. Prices displayed on our website may differ from those offered at our physical store or during exclusive promotions due to pricing strategies and other business considerations.
We accept prepaid payments only. You agree to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date billing, payment, and contact information for all purchases. You represent that you are authorized to use the payment method provided and agree to pay all applicable charges associated with your order.

SECTION 5 - SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
Delivery timelines are estimates only and are not guaranteed. As many of our products are handcrafted and made to order, dispatch timelines vary depending on the product. The estimated dispatch time for each product is provided on the respective product page.
Dispatch or delivery may be delayed due to raw material availability, production requirements, courier delays, customs processing, public holidays, or other unforeseen circumstances beyond our reasonable control. If a significant delay occurs, we will make reasonable efforts to notify you using the contact details provided with your order.
Once your order has been handed over to the shipping carrier, delivery is managed by the courier partner. While we will make reasonable efforts to assist you in resolving shipping-related issues, Dear Dramatic Soul is not responsible for delays, loss, or damage caused during transit by the courier or events beyond our reasonable control.

Shopify and its name, logo, product names, service names, and other trademarks are the property of Shopify. Any third-party names, logos, trademarks, product names, or service marks displayed on our website are the property of their respective owner
